The Hillbilly Stated Meetings will be on the 1st Friday of each month except December, July, and August.  We gather and eat first with the meeting to follow.  Meeting dates and times are posted on the front page of the website.

• Ladies are always invited to all Clan #75 functions except men’s initiation.

• There is usually a special meeting in August to plan for the Possum Queen Contest.  Time and place TBA. Check the website...the date will be posted.

• If the Clan opts to have a holiday party, there will probably be a special meeting in December. Time and place TBA.  Check the website...the date will be posted.

Annual Soup Spectacular (fka Annual Chili Cook-Off)

The Annual Soup Spectacular is held at the Zenobia Shrine Center in March of each year.  There will be a link on the homepage with details for the event at least a week prior to the event.

Annual Possum Queen Contest

In August of each year, the Clan holds its Annual Possum Queen Contest which is preceded by eating lots of food and Initiation into the Clan.  A link with details are posted on the homepage at least a week prior.
